Charlotte Mampane
Chairperson
Thabang Charlotte Christine Mampane is the Group Executive in the Group CEO's office and Regions at the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC). Her responsibilities include amongst others, providing strategic leadership to the office of the Group CEO in areas of Strategy, Risk, Communications, Procurement and Regions as well as serving as a link between this office and business.

Monde Ngonyama
Deputy Chairperson
Monde Ngonyama has been a board member of the Port Elizabeth Opera House and is an executive member of the Cape Provincial Arts and Culture council.

Mohau Mphomela
Mohau has 12 years extensive financial experience in the field of management with 40 major listed companies. He currently works for Rand Merchant Bank (RMB).

Nadia Bulbulia
Nadia has a strong background in film and TV and has been a board member for ICASA, the Advertising Standards Authority and the World International Foundation.

David Bensusan
David is an educationist with a legal background. He is currently a lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand. He has practiced law as an advocate at the High Court of South Africa.

Michael John Smit
Michael has a business background in film and TV production and is founder and director of Artists Technologies Africa.

Professor Pitika Ntuli
Professor Ntuli has a strong academic background, is a poet and novelist and has been a board member for several organisations.

Sandra Gordon
Sandra has a strong background in public relations and marketing and has launched and managed about 65 magazines. She currently manages a TV and film production company.

Mjinga Samuel Bhembe
Mjinga has a strong background in economics and finance. He is currently a divisional director at Nedbank Corporate Banking.

Adv. Rod Solomons
Rod is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, the Cape division. He has significant work experience in the labour research and Human Resource management fields.

Neo Sowazi
Neo is Executive Vice President - Marketing and Corporate Affairs Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), South Africa.

Mark Rosin
Mark is an attorney, practicing predominantly in the media and entertainment sector and specialising in music, film, television and broadcasting.
