The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is a statutory body mandated by parliament to spearhead the development of the South African film and video industry. It is therefore guided by specific policies and legislation. In addition, as a government agency, it produces annual reports in line with the government’s principles of transparency and public accountability.
